  Took 18 minutes from pulling into the drive thru to get our food. The guy in front of us sat at the order mic for 4 minutes before he was asked what he wanted. The breakfast platter was a pretty good deal, especially for Hardees. Definitely not stopping here again if I need to grab a quick bite.

  Not fast food for sure. Stood in line with other people for 15 minutes, and worker told us they ran out of biscuits! She told everyone it be another 10 minutes before they were ready. Everyone inside left and went to McDonald's. Noticed line of cars at the drive up, and where i was parked couldn't hardly exit the parking lot. So shortage of biscuits, and workers resulted in some very unhappy customers.

  Clean restaurant, but apparently the management here forgot the concept of " fast food" because standing at the counter for 5 minutes and no one taking your order sound like management issues here
